How to apply
Applications for entry in September 2010 are now invited.
Please note: we will be unable to fund students who do not meet the eligibility requirements.
All applicants will be required to submit:
i) One-page statement
+ a current CV
ii) Postgraduate application form

Applicants should send a single file to bbsrc-apply@ismb.lon.ac.uk containing the following.
- A one-page statement explaining why you wish to follow this programme and your interest in up to three of the availabe PhD projects.
- Your current CV
Please note
Acceptable file types are .doc, .pdf or.rtf
Please use ‘BBSRC DTG application ’ in the subject line of your email.
ii) Postgraduate application form
You should also complete a Birkbeck postgraduate application form and send it to the address below.
